HIS Members remove

Hi, when I tried to Remove my Parents in HIS Portal, it was asking for Reason & the only option was Decreased. How can I Remove members there?

@TCS_Engineer I also faced the same. I contacted my HR. HR asked to select the "Deceased" option and in notes section mention that no other option to select and I have to delete the beneficiary. Also just attach a document mentioning the same.

Not allowed. You can remove them after 3 years of enrollment
