HIS benefit for laid off employees

Please help me answer my query..people who have been asked to resign are they getting the HIS benefit for the whole year?and if they wish to continue with TCS HIS policy what options do they have?

You need to contact insurance company and covert that corporate insurance policy into general policy and also need to pay balance amount to insurance company.
