HIS- Premium deduction for Decease people
Hi Guys,
After death of my father, I removed her name from HIS portal, but premimum is still deducting from my salary.
When I checked with HIS team, they told deduction will happen till this FY-2024-25.
Anyone have any idea about this.
Premium is paid by the company to the insurance provider at the start of the year itself.
Company get the amount from you in monthly. So, it's right according to the policy
Some people have difficulty understanding that the deduction are not like monthly subscription but more like EMI for the service already bought.
This is a bullshit company.... Seriously.... If person himself is not alive then what they will do with his premium? Gaand me daalenge kya apne... Bloody bastards...

Bro- You are 100% correct. Why should we need to pay premium that’s why planning for switch.
If We switch from this Organization then only, no premium deduction will happen after that month.
