On a good day Iss budget mai iit/bits ka apm mil sakta hai (1-3yrs) - folks beyond this experience from these colleges or PMs from ISB/top IIMs will definitely be above this salary range.

I would say go for old IIT/bits/IIIT Hyd grads - they have enough maturity and are hands on for most things and might rightly fit in your budget for a longer duration - but again you'll be able to get an Avg APM from these colleges not the high end ones

How much B2C will someone pick up in 1-2 years to be so impactful that you insist on B2C background. And if they have 3 yoe and from those institutes, who will work for 25L. Lol.
