Hiring process duration?? A big question mark.?

How long your hiring cycle, like applying to get joining. I applied to job, shortlisted and first round of interview also done in November second week and still their interview rounds going on. Seems like they are taking one round each month even i am an immediate joiner Why this so , should i take them seriously?

With more than 14 years of experience i am looking for job in mobile and backend applications. Share me any relevant openings, i can join from today itself.
