Hiring Market In January and February, 2025

Hi people, Does anyone have an idea on generally how the hiring will be in January and February in India?

Currently I am working as a java backend engineer with 5 years of experience in a PBC. Got an offer from Genpact, but not willing to join as it's a service based company and culture also not that great from what I heard.

So planning to take the offer and search for better opportunities.
