Hi, I’m one of the co-founders currently looking to hire for two roles. Founders office role and Digital marketing manager
We are a 3 year old bootstrapped SaaS Startup focussed on helping consumer brands improve working capital management (Finance + E-Commerce Sales Analytics). Our product is built for the finance and category teams of the Consumer businesses.
My Co-Founder and I have spent a little over 10 years in the US working in finance and Product. We are currently in the 1-10 growth phase having cracked PMF. Currently cash positive.
Team of 25 folks and currently looking to expand.
Looking to fill two roles for our Bengaluru office.
Founder’s office Looking for a smart fresh grad or someone with under 2 years of experience wanting to transition to an operator role. This role clearly looks for two things. Hunger and good intuition, rest we feel confident are skills that can be picked up. In this role you’ll closely work with both the founders and heads of Product, Growth and Sales. By the end of 18 - 24 months we anticipate this person to transition to leading a team.
Digital Marketing Manager
Looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience. Preferably from the SaaS world but willing to look at someone who has worked in the DM world also if there is a right fit. A few things we look for are
B2B Content strategy & Demand Generation ability Prior Go-To-Market Strategy experience is a plus Prior experience in working with US SaaS market is also a big plus but not a deal breaker.
