Hiring for Head of BI and Analytics

After successfully hiring 2 kickass PMs from this community, we're back to hire for another role.

This time we're hiring for the Head of BI and Data analytics. This is for a Private Equity owned listed Indian company. Its a legacy brand on a transformation journey with a top-tier team.

Apart from the usual hard skills, we index heavily on high ownership and motivation. You'll be leading a team of 6-8 individuals. You'll get to work on impactful problem statements. Given our massive scale, there is humongous data and a strong appetite for data-driven decision making.

You'll be working with seasoned professionals. No startup toxicity. Top tier compensation. 3 days WFO in Bangalore.
