Hiring for CSOps at IAM/IGA product based startup

Looking to hire 1 person for CSOps Manager role at a series-B IAM/IGA startup. It's a hybrid role (3 days a week from office) based out of Whitefield, Bangalore (non-negotiable). The right candidate should be proficient working with data, tools (customer success platforms, Salesforce will be a plus) and will be good in their comms. Previous experience in change management and customer succes is also a plus.
