Hiring for a web analyst role

Hi guys, i am looking for a 2+ year workex person skilled in tools like Google Analytics, tableau atleast for my team. We are a eCommerce organization based out of NYC with big chunk of team in Bangalore. Good point for many - we have been doing wfh for the last 2 years and still continuing and i don't foresee going to office anytime soon.
