Has multiple roles listed on their website and is also actively hiring... Meanwhile firing silently in small numbers
Few months back....I got to know PayPal let go entire vertical....while they're hiring in different teams and they don't even give the chance to those employees. And most of the employees from that vertical was high performer so under performers was not the reason not evaluating them for existing open roles......
I think they had only one layoff that was in Jan/Feb, did they have any more layoffs?
Yes....I've seen they let go 100s of recruitment team members.....I remember they did same thing last year.....and it continues......sad to hear about it.......there was a time It was dreams company but now not....
