What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Google Search, Meta Ads & UAC.
• Someone who doesn’t just run ads but *Owns the entire performance funnel.
• Has led campaigns with skin in the game – not just clicking buttons.
• Loves numbers, dashboards, A/B tests… and memes (optional, but appreciated).
