Hiring a cracked data scientist

Looking for data science enthusiasts bored by banality and looking for work of their lives

We're trying to solve complex reinforcement learning problems in designing compelling consumer apps. The opportunity is with an experienced team of Singapore based (PIO) global consumer tech prod/engg leaders and freshly backed by some of the top venture firms.

- Bonus points if you've worked with large timeseries datasets, solved recommendation/prediction problems ( Banking/HFT/PE/Gaming/Other consumer apps/SaaS)
- Not a people manager role. Principal/Staff level work in a 0-1 context
- Obviously academic/work-ex pedigree will be used as signallers, but will discount both if there is meaningful PoW and provable impact
- OK with short term consulting or Full time.
- Ideally, formal education in Economics/CSE/Data science
- Flexible compensation ( USD $40K - $80K Cash + ESOPs ( w/discount to post-money seed valuation)
- Remote is fine
- Will pay ~5-10% of comp at offer acceptance as referral bonus if you refer someone and we end up hiring
