Reacting here after multiple instances where people have felt your conduct is not in the right spirit.

You can give your anon mail (or work mail/LinkedIn if you don't mind the anonymity) so that interested peeps can send in their resume. Yes it breaks the anonymity but it's for hiring so people know that they're giving away their identity
