Hired for job A but forced to do lower job B
Hi all,
I joined TCS for lets say Job A but i was put in to doing another process say Job B. I did try to talk to my manager and asked him to put me in to something I was hired for. Would it be a good idea going to HR? Or just sending email looping manager and HR with my concern?
Any other ideas are also welcome.
Bro, you can try to talk but remember that support people are working in development and development people are working in support, anyways just saying you can try your luck maybe you got under the 1% happy TCS employees, Good luck ! 🤞

I can understand your pain. This is common even when associates join new projects. Management is responsible for this. They only want to fill open positions and make false promises to fill these positions. This isn't the sign of a good leader though
