Hired by the client company
Hi Folks Could anyone let me know if there would be any legal implications when you are offered a position by the client you are currently working for? Currently this project has been taken away from tcs and they are offering positions for few people. My manager calls me up and threatens to pull legal charges saying there is a clause. I did not find an clause. If anyone in similar position could help?
My project associate openly joined the client and our managers haven't done anything except retaining if required
The scenario right now is tcs is losing many projects and upon that client company is taking away their employees and also the company which acquired the project is also hiring the team from backend. I think the management is in a fit of rage bcoz of this
Just leave and don't tell anyone where you are joining.. then i think you are good to go.. because i know 1 person who did this
