Hired at 11AM, Fired at 2 PM - My Startup Story - Need Refferal

8th August 2025 was one of the wildest days of my life.

At 11 AM, I was told I'd be hired as a full-time Frontend Developer after completing 3 months of internship. I felt relieved all the late nights, deadline, and work on responsive Uls finally seemed worth it.

By 2 PM, the founders called me in and said:

"You only worked on frontend. We now want a full-stack developer. You'll need to do 2 more months of internship to learn backend... and maybe we'll hire you after that."

I reminded them my role was clearly defined as frontend from day one. I asked, "What if after 2 months you still don't hire me?"

That was enough for the CEO to get angry and say:

"Exit him. We don't need him."

They paid me 10k per month, but they made nearly 80 Lakhs(in 35 days) from the work i made. The company sells, subscription based market research reports. I made whole website(it's still in production) and the Login Auth using Nextjs, auth.Js, middleware, MongoDB, like the synapse by mordor intelligence. Even after this i was fired
