People who see increase in Dec'24 might or might not get increase in June'25.
This year Dec appraisal is mainly focussed for the long timers who has not recieved hikes and long pending promotees !!
Who told you? I connected with my lead today and she said discussions are happening but no communication has been received so far. Either she is lying or you.

@BubblyTour1 - As per the meeting held with the leads yesterday and the day before yesterday, it is confirmed that it is set to release by 8th Nov US time . So we can expect it by EOD today, whereas it will only be visible to the people leads and only after discussion they will share the statements with their team members. It is trusted info from the meeting, I believe no one will lie, rather your lead may not have the right info.

I got promotion in June’24. However even after that my pay is very less compared to market standards. Will there be any hike for me in December’24?
If you got a hike recently , forget hike atleast for atleast 1 year. You wont be qualified even for the maximum possible hike after promotion
If your reportee resigns after you've announced their vp or hike, do you have the option to reverse their numbers?
