Received an update from my manager that bonus sheet is going to release on 8th nov. Don't expect too much even this time it is very low may be 5-6% hike and if promotion then 20-22%

There are companies who reveals hikes one or two months prior and here comes our Accenture which making it suspense till last moments

I heard that higher management is filled with people from TCS and Infosys, that's why this worst behaviour. Sometimes feel like everyone shld put papers atleast then people will change

This has become worst in the last three years. They are aligning with how TCS, Infosys and other tech companies are doing it. Single digit hike, limited promotion and hikes.
