Heard news from my L4 manager today Hikes letters will publish form dec 1st week band E0 to E2 and effective from oct1st & E3 and above hike letters in march and effective from Jan1st

But in the performance update meeting on Monday, the CPO or the CFO said that it will be released this month effective from this month itself.

They said effective not released. it will be released in Dec / Jan 💯

Perhaps he just said it will be effective from October. Nothing about the release date.

Last year's also rumours came that it will release in nov / dec but eventually it in Jan .
Now they have added two mandatory trainings which needs to be completed for appraisal 😅😂

Soon in couple of yrs hcl will delay those letters to next yr march.. so that they will successfully ditch everyone's one year appraisal amount.. salute to their masterplan 🫡
