Trending @Wipro; Hikes in 2025??
Hi Jioned Wipro in 2021, still Iam at same CTC, Can I get a hike this year?? OR Quit Wipro ?? No one is ready when I say 90days NP, Don’t know what to do?? YoE: 7+ CTC :18 (since 2021 same)
Hikes in wipro are not mandatory. Its upto them. You want hike? Then you fly.
You can go for switch if you want growth in life
Honestly speaking leave the job asap brother I did it 2 times for my salary increment, when your manager comes to you just say I would like to serve notice period instead of hike. He go back to your hr and dm's keep you as critical resources and give you good salary hike.
As you have 7+ yrs of experience with 18 LPA ,they will count it as in high range.So, you'll have to wait at least 3+ yrs to get any sort of hike..😊
Same to the same situation. It's not just you many people in Wipro facing the same problem but due to 90 days notice it's hard to get new job
