Hi guys, I asked my manager for hike, They told me hike depends on your rating and the % of hike set by organization. What does it mean anyone..
This is the biggest lie they tell. I joined Accenture in nov 2023 and with in an year got 3 recognization from clients and a emea award , and my hike is 0%with only 9%of VP.
U r lucky bro, got recognitions and ace awards , performer of months … sine stupid 300 sily fkng points from managers and teamleads. “Please keep up the good works” those fkng statements😅… when hike season came , those fuckes just rolled me off from the project ang gave no time to be prepared for next internal interviews. And they retained a sily girl ASE who knows nothing. literally nothing … when i joined new team . After few months she always came to me for help. Believe me mai itna chutiya hu ke usko 2-3 baar help v kar diya. I noticed ye ladki man ne nahi wali… I straightly said her , go ask your teamlead. i am not in you project anymore and your are not supposed to share anything about to anyone outside of your team. some kind f bullshits… in the new project i simply did nothing …6-7months… trust me i just wrote junit+sonar+mockito …if they give me hike or not . I really don’t give a fk. Last project i worked 10+ hours yaar . BC manager hi chutiya tha. Trust me ye manager achi hai koi kuch nahi bolta… aram se interview ke liye prepare kar raha hu. Certification ke liye approval v mil gaya jiska fees 15k hai … sahi chal Raha bhai … at the end of the”m** chuay* accent*re, ye sab apna apna dekhte hai” . Bhai jis team lead ko bhai jesa manta tha usne me inform nahi kiya ke , project mai ye sab discuss kar rahe hai… you can’t trust anyone here.
