I am a fresher (2024) and got into tcs a month back under prime category with 11.5 lpa
I recently got assigned into Aiml developer project.
I want to know hikes are based on performance in client project ? Who will evaluate that hr or manager or client ?
Any guidance will be appreciated.

Everything is random... But don't expect much hike!! My experience of 15 years in TCS.

Manager will evaluate your performance and client feedback will also have significant role in that... Ratings will be given by manager/lead.. But hike % is decided by Corporate HRs.. Managers/account HR will not have any say in that

Being the prime candidate, i can tell you it will be around 70-90k once you complete your anniversary
