Anyone else faced this issue where manager said you are not eligible for hikes as you joined after Dec 2021, we are only giving hikes to people who joined before.

For JL5, it is before 2020 Oct or something

True that.... For JL5 31st Oct 2020 is the cutoff....
Like all those people after this date, yaha baith ke ghaas chill rhe hai tab se, so they don't deserve a hike 😔

Yes few weeks ago I received this statement from my manager.

Again same problem , we don’t know we will get or not . Hike is full of uncertainty in infy

This was true for the April 2023 hike Whic got announced in November 2023. April 2024 hikes no news yet. Results will out in couple of days . They will give an indication. But since TCS has given 4-7% don’t expect too much here.
