Hello Folks I Heard that hikes are getting rolled out by People Lead's? Is that true? If it is true it is applicable for all the Accenture folks or is it specific to only who didn't get the hike in June'25 Cycle??

If Your Hikes are Revealed Already, Please Share the % And With/Without Promotion and CL for the same In Sept'25 Cycle and whether any hike Received in June'25 or not??

Yes, even I got promoted to TL with a 23% hike. Hadn't received any hike in the june cycle
