Trending @Accenture; Hikes and promotions

Are hikes only for people promoting to another level, or will there be hikes on the same level in sept also?? I got one default hike in June.. Do I even have a slightest bit of chance of getting increment?

For September cycle only promotions with hikes. There is no hike for the same level.

@Suresh777 I joined in August 2024 and had not received any hike in June 2025. Am I elgible for November hike ?
And approx how much percentage I can expect ?
