I joined Accenture 2 years ago, but I’ve heard we get hikes twice a year is that correct because I have been getting it once?

We have 2 cycles in a year but the hike given is only once..either in Mid or Annual cycle.

Mid year cycle is usually between April-June Annual cycle is between October - December

Its only once,but during covid they gave hikes twice to retain employees.But it happens only once
