HIKES 2024-25

I just heard that the hikes this year will be very very less as a lot of people were on bench the entire year. Also, this year since April, all the top management or Senior Manager and above have to visit office on a daily basis and have to solely work on getting clients for the company, else this year will not be good. Got information on the hikes as well. Watch out for my next post.

Low hike this year

I heard form my senior that the new joiner gets around 70- 80 percent hike but this year they provide hike between 10-15. Why is that? They are saying that the company is doing great.

I have heard there is no yearly hike at Publicis Sapient , is it true. Last year also they have not provided any hike. Can anyone confirm what's happening why it's not providing. Is this process is there in PS.
