What does that mean? This time are they going to disclose it in sep instead of nov?

How can you tell sure it's from September month because earlier it was reflected from 1 dec

Discussions are going on and the outcome will reflect from 1st December. And they’ll release the outcome in November last week.

Those who will be receiving a promotion in the September cycle - your hikes will be communicated by your manager at the end of August when the letters get released. Regarding annual hikes - your manager should have updated inputs against your ABCD Reflections by now and will be having discussions in September. The hike and VP letters will be released by the end of October. VP Payout will be in November salary and the Hike payout starts from December salary.
