Hi guys, I'm a TA with YoE 3.1 yrs. 🙋🏻♂️ My CTC is Rs. 485k (4k variable) and inhand is 30k (🥲) Will i get any hike this year ? 🥲🥺 (Joined in March 2021)
I am having 3.9 years exp and still Senior systems engineer. Getting in hand 30k. 2 times got outstanding rating. No hikes no promotion😒
Broo u should mail your HR about why u din't got promoted... Ask your manager also about this. Usually in 3 years one becomes TA ans as you are saying u have got Outstanding rating then there should be no hinderance for promotion. Ask your manager and even DM as it might be a case when u hv become TA but letter is not rolled out.
Talk to your reporting manager, my promotion was a delayed one as well but not this much. It's odd...you should get it ASAP
Btw 4k variable is for every month ?, with 4.3 LPA it self you'll get 30 k in hand every month

I have also joined in March 2021 and designation is TA. Compensation is in range of yours only. Talk to your manager clearly if you are eligible or not for hike. In my case I got TA promotion in Oct 2023 and they didn't gave me salary hike happened in Nov - Dec (for year 2022) and the reason was my recent promotion. I have talked to my manager and I'm eligible for upcoming hike now.
With due respect, you won't be getting any hike this year or next year. Better to plan for a shift. They'll be saying like you are a critical resource, this team is like family, you won't get such good teammates. Don't believe that shit, give interviews,you might get a new job and leave the shitfosys.
The hike announcement at org level has been put on hold as per what they mentioned in the quarterly/ Tera end report. They mentioned we just did comp review on November and still working on next review. Which implies there is nothing anytime soon. If all goes well expect something in October. But definitely enough indication that this year hike will be delayed and won’t be from April. Only go knows When it will be from, irrespective of when you joins this company . Hopefully industry outlook improves in next few quarters.
I joined in November 2020. Same CTC and job position like yours and I don't think there will be hikes🫠
Follow up with Hr and manager, you should get don't delay as you joined in 2021
