How do you know that the hike will be rolled out from today? Do we need to get an email stating the hike percentile? Or will get it directly in the upcoming salary, without any increment letter?
Who said today? Also- it never comes with a %. Always with an increased salary in the letter and you calculate the percentage from old vs new salary

Will laterals who joined recently in Infosys around 1 year, are eligible for hike??
Also if we say 6-8%, then it is not dependent on rating because if I got ME or CD or OS it is the same right or will it differ ?
