Trending @Infosys; Hike Update (JL3 to JL4)

I received a compensation revision letter today with a 9% increase. Currently, I am in JL3 SSE.

I had also applied for an IJP in December 2025 and was selected for the offer, with my release date set for January 29, 2025. The email mentioned that the role change letter would be communicated as it is part of a quarterly process.

I am expecting my role(Technology Snalyst)to change next month. Can I also expect a salary hike with this role change? If so, what percentage increase can I anticipate?
