HIKE to ask in TCS ?

I have got selected in TCS for role of java developer. I have total 3 YOE and current CTC is 4.5 lpa. HOW MUCH hike should I ask for ? also give me some valid points to negotiate the same.

They won't offer more than 8 because of your low CCTC. Usually they don't go beyond 10 but that's just for people who have around 6-7 CCTC.
I would suggest you to get 8-9 from TCS and look for roles in other firms

I mean you could resign and look for other rules. Using TCS' offer you can re negotiate with the others. Usually, reaching 14-15 will be good I think
