Trending @Accenture; hike scenario of level 11 analyst
I got promoted as a Level 11 Analyst back in dec 22. It’s been nearly 30 months now… and honestly, I’m feeling really disheartened. 😞
Last December, I got just a 5% hike, and now I hear they’re planning to give only 3% this time — just because they gave 5% earlier? Seriously? 🫤
And don’t even get me started on the variable pay — got only 8% (just ₹20,000). After putting in consistent efforts for so long, this feels like a slap in the face. 😔
30 months at the analyst level and all I got is a total of just 8% growth overall. Really makes you question the value of hard work here… 💔😓

I am also scared...i hope they should give at least 5 to 6 % If it is 0 then it feels like you are sitting or standing at same place for last 2 years
