Hike Query?????

Hi , for Wings2 associates, those who have completed only PP1 and not yet completed other powerplay, so September hike will be on latest CTC or CTC before Wings Incentive??? Please suggest.

it will be on ctc and will not be based on incentive component

Ok so let’s say if my CTC is including incentive is 20 lakhs ( 16 is fixed and 4 is incentive ) then hike will be on 16? Is my understanding is correct?

My Guess: Wings incentive is separate component and won't impact/be impacted by hike.

Once it gets merged as part of salary, then it might have some impact.

I think wings 2 incentives are not considered for hike, but the last year salary compansation not wings 2 incentives
