Hike? Promotion related?

Hi guys, I've joined TCS in June 2023. I've completed anniversary appraisal with rating 3 and PE appraisal with overall IPF 4.37. How much hike percentage and when can i I expect the hike? Current CTC - 9.5 lpa. Haven't got any hike so far. Please provide your inputs?

You can expect a hike of around 5-7% with your current rating and IPF. Since you joined in June 2023, the hike might be reflected in your next appraisal cycle, usually around April or May.
