Joined Infosys in April 2024. Trying to understand when I’ll be eligible for my first hike or promotion or progression. Anyone aware of the cycle timelines for someone who joined around that time?

Hike is entirely management decision on factors we are not privy to but promotion/progression you have to wait for 18 months in your current role for those things and that too your manager has to recommend and slot availability depends on multiple factors
