Hike/ Promotion

I have 3.5+ years of experience (C1 grade - ninja). Last year I got A band (A+ recommendation and received nearly a 10% hike) this year I also got an A band ( until I receive compensation can't tell if it's an A+ or not). So, how much of a hike can I expect this year? Also, do I need to ask for promotion or will my manager initiate it as I received back to back 2 A band? How much will the hike % be there after promotion?
