Hike possible for junior grades this year

Good evening all

Just Wanted to understand considering the current global crisis and tcs share price drop and market cap decline can we expect any hike for this year after band release?

C3b and above associates will they get pending arrears+ hike this year?

Anyone can kindly confirm?

I have joined just after Covid July 2022 as ASE trainee
First Anniversary - Got 9% hike(2023) Second Anniversary - Got 8% hike (2024) Third Anniversary - Got 4% hike with delayed 6 months (2025) So what I can except now in 2026??
