Trending @Infosys; Hike possibility in this cycle for a April 2024 joiner

Joined in april 2024, got previous ratings as OD, no hike (expected), but this time i was on bench from 1st april-28th may this year and My current manager/ lead are ok with my work, shall I expect a hike this time, does previous ratings play any crucial part?

You can expect a base hike around 2 to 5%, but as you said you are on bench you can't expect much from hike. Previous ratings impact of manager want to look in past ratings, unless they don't impact.
