They also want people to leave the organization. It is beneficial for them as their intention is cost cutting hence they are delaying and giving peanut hikes. If they do layoffs they brand value will go down

Whatever they do I don’t care, our first goal is to earn ourselves and for family, weather it is trap or anything, surely I will get more money outside.
