Now that the dust has settled regarding the delay in hike, does anyone know what is the hike percentage that will be given by cognizant in November 2025.

According to various media reports, high single digit hikes are expected ( i.e. upto 9% ) is it true ?

So even if 9% is highest for 5 rating, its very less considering the delay and increase of promotion eligible criteria
