Trending @Accenture; Hike or promotion problem

Just want say that many of us even with me are getting frustrated die to lack of hikes and promotions. But just think one thing there are many people are ready to work even for 10000per month salary if we reject it's not a big burden to companies they will hire another two inplace of us. If you are quiting job Or posting something in linkedin against your company is good but do it when you have another offer in your end... If you don't have another offer just think of your parents once.

Companies without not think about their employees growth they just see their own profits. Nothing will happen for them if we reject. Don't resign if you did not another offer.

Even I too frustrated with this accenture 🤦‍♂️
