Hi everyone,

Just having doubts regarding how Hikes and promotions work? It just simply depends on performance or it depends on the priorities we filled in the workday? One of my priorities was doing new certification but i am not able to complete it will it affect on the hikes or variable pay or promotion?

Adding priorities on Workday as just useless thing in Accenture. No matter whatever you add in those nothing gets verified.
