I joined Accenture as level 11 in 2021 with 2.9 years of experience. Now I currently have 5.5 years of experience still in level 11. Do I get a promotion or hike in May 2024.
Kindly suggest.

Once you complete 3 years you will be eligible for promotion but not sure you will get in May.
