Hike only for upper management.

Upper management got a decent hike during this appraisal in the form of dividends as their salary component includes a significant amount of tcs stocks therefore they decided to hike the dividend prices and fool the rest of workers by saying that there is no hike during this appraisal. What an irony!!!!
