Trending @Infosys; Hike on IJP or Not ?

Hi Folks,

I am following up on one IJP and currently I am inJL 5 ..Tech lead ..and that IJP is also as senior consultation ..JL5 but another sub unit of CIS—to CISCLD ..so whether I will be eligible any financial hike if got selected or not

Only if IJP is promotional IJP then only you'll get hike for this IJP it's just project change

It’s a promotional IJP …and Unit change as well but in same job level..so still hike eligibility will be there ?

Same job level no hike it's progression in same job level not promotion so no hike (you might be becoming JL5A from JL5B so no hike
