Do we get any hike when we are promoted from one band to other?
15-20% will be given but responsibility and work load doubles after promotion no peace 😞
Yes, You get it. Not sure for other projects, Here in mine people get very good hike on promotion.

But don't expect a promotion here in wipro. There are tons of employees who are not yet promoted including me.
Switching is a better option rather than waiting here for penny hikes(BTW even that penny is not guaranteed).
Never just switch
There is no such criteria on how much you will get while getting promoted. It depends on your performance and manager comments to HR. I got 26.5% on promotion.
Recently my teammate got promoted and he got just 10% which was literally nothing.
10% is standard. If you have really low package then they will try to give anything in between 10- 15 %
