Hike of around 15%

I heard from one of my peers that when you continuously get 2 times A Band. We will receive a hike of nearly around 15%. Is it true ?

no , not true at all . I have continuous 5 A band. Every year getting 7-8%. Hardly beating inflation

Yes 12%-15% you would get if at all you have been chosen as A+ band..only 1 or 2 ppl in a project gets that
