Hi everyone! Does anyone have any idea about the hike or variable pay percentage for Level 10 in Accenture this time? Just trying to get some info — please share if you know 🙂

One of my roommate, 3 months on bench, 11 months since joining accenture, got into project in jan, CIO, did almost nothing because project is going very slow.
He got 7.6% hike.
